These terms apply to every taxi booked with PT Cab, whether through this website, WhatsApp or by phone. By confirming a booking you agree to them.
Bookings
- A booking is confirmed only when our team confirms it with you on WhatsApp or by phone. Sending a request through the website does not by itself guarantee a vehicle.
- Please give accurate pickup and drop addresses, dates, times and passenger counts. Changes after confirmation may affect the fare.
- Vehicles are allocated by category (for example Sedan or SUV). A specific model can be requested but is subject to availability.
Fares and estimates
- Fares shown on this website are estimates. The final fare is confirmed with you before the trip.
- One way trips are charged on the actual distance travelled at the vehicle's one way rate. There is no minimum billed distance and no driver allowance on one way trips.
- Round trips are charged on the total distance in both directions at the vehicle's round trip rate, plus a driver allowance of ₹300 per day of travel.
- Local trips are charged by package (hours and kilometres). Extra time or distance is charged at a rate confirmed with you before the extension.
Extra charges
- Toll, state tax, permit and parking charges are not included in the estimate and are payable as applicable to your route.
- A night charge applies to one way pickups between 10 pm and 6 am.
- Any detour, extra stop or extra distance you ask for during the trip is charged at the same per-km rate.
Waiting and changes
- On round trips the driver waits at your destination as agreed. Halt or waiting beyond a reasonable limit may be charged, and will be confirmed with you upfront.
- For airport pickups, share your flight number so we can plan around delays.
Cancellations
Please tell us as early as possible if your plans change. Cancellation terms, including any charge where the car has already been dispatched, are confirmed with you at the time of booking.
Passengers and luggage
- The number of passengers must not exceed the seating capacity of the vehicle booked.
- Illegal items, and anything that could damage the vehicle or endanger passengers, may not be carried.
- Passengers are responsible for their belongings. Damage to the vehicle caused by passengers may be charged.
Liability
We do our best to arrive and complete every trip on time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, breakdowns or other events outside our control. Where a vehicle breaks down, we will do our best to arrange a replacement.
