Information we collect
- Contact details you give us when booking or enquiring, such as your name, mobile number and email address.
- Trip details, including pickup and drop locations, travel dates and times, passenger count and vehicle preference.
- Messages you send us through the contact form or on WhatsApp.
The fare calculator runs in your browser. The route and vehicle you enter there are not sent to us until you choose to send a booking on WhatsApp.
How we use your information
- To confirm and coordinate your taxi booking.
- To contact you about your trip, including changes or confirmations.
- To reply to enquiries submitted through the contact form.
WhatsApp bookings
When you use the "Confirm Booking on WhatsApp" button, your trip and contact details are sent as a message to our business WhatsApp number. That message is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy practices, in addition to ours.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. It is used internally to fulfil your booking, and shared with our driver and operations team only as far as needed to complete your trip.
Data retention
Booking and contact information is kept for as long as needed to fulfil bookings and for reasonable record keeping, after which it is deleted.
